Hearing Evaluation Services is a participating provider with all major medical insurance carriers.  Diagnostic audiological tests are covered by most insurance companies. Our office staff will let you know if your insurance company requires a script or referral for your evaluation.
 
Some insurance companies (such as United Auto Workers and Empire) also provide hearing aid coverage.  Since all insurance plans differ, and hearing aid riders are available on some plans, we will ensure that you receive any hearing aid coverage that you are entitled to.
 
Our office staff is very knowledgeable about different insurance plans and will be able to lend guidance and answer questions regarding your specific coverage when you call.  Please be sure to bring your insurance cards with you to your appointment.
