Reports consist of the following:

• A complete list of all employees tested
• List of employees with a Standard Threshold Shift (STS) 10 dB classification – with age/gender correction
• List of employees with a recordable STS 10 dB classification
• All employee test results (includes baseline test and current test)
• Individual Employee copy of test, includes baseline, current tests and an explanation of their test results
• A comprehensive summary of all employees that were flagged with a STS as well as recommendations for each employee
• Sound booths decibel levels, recorded for each day of testing.
• Certifications of CAOHC personal provided upon request.

Results and reports are written reviewed by our Professional Supervisor, Donna M. Lavallee, Au.D.  Dr. Lavallee is available for consult regarding any questions that you may have concerning the test results or recommendations that have been made.
