Kristen is the Patient Care Coordinator at our Wehrle Drive Office. She has been with Hearing Evaluation Services since January 2010. Kristen prides herself with her exemplary customer service skills and her love for helping people. She welcomes all patients with an enjoyable visit at the Wehrle Office. 

Prior to working at Hearing Evaluation Services she worked at HSBC Bank for 15 years. While there she managed a branch for 2 years and was a member of numerous boards in the City Of Lackawanna. She took pride in helping her customers with their financial needs and concerns. While working for HSBC she obtained the Public Banker of the Year Award in 2007 after holding the position of manager for only 3 months. 

 Kristen resides in West Seneca with her son.
